SOFTWARE

2. Ø  Software cannot be executed without hardware.
3. Ø  Software cannot be touched.
4. Ø  Software is debugged in case of problem.
5. Ø  Software is reinstalled if the problem is not solved.
6. Ø  Intangible (Non-material).
7. Ø  Developed by writing instructions using a programming language.
8. Ø  It is logical in nature.

HARDWARE

1. Ø  Hardware is a physical part of computer that cause processing of data.
2. Ø  Hardware cannot perform any task without software.
3. Ø  Hardware can be seen and touched.
4. Ø  Hardware is repaired in case of problem.
5. Ø  Hard ware is replaced if problem is not solved.
6. Ø  Tangible (Material).
7. Ø  Developed using electronic and other materials.
8. Ø  It is physical in nature.
9. Ø  Hardware wears out over time.
10. Ø  Examples: Monitor, Keyboard, CD ROM, Modem etc.
